Hailsham M1s VS Warrington M1s
Warrington made the long trip down to the mighty Hailsham in the England Hockey Tier 4 Championship Semi Final….
The Sun was shining… the fans took to their positions on the side and the game got under way. Hailsham for the first 10 mins started the more dominant team of the two with some awesome passing between the defence, midfield and forwards creating a few chances.
First goal came about with Jamie Hayes making a solo run through the Warrington defence for Dave Antonia to push into the goal.
Second goal was not long after with a Short Corner routine from the training ground. A Sublime Pin Point cross from Lee Roiii Humber for Kieran Gurr to do what he does best and deflect it into the back board.
2-0 Half time.
The second half was a more evenly matched game with opportunities arising for both teams. Skipper Ryan Moore keeping us in the game with some vital saves.
Final whistle blows which sends Hailsham into the Tier 4 National Cup Final against Lindum M3s at Lee Valley on 5th May.
