It's the beginning of the season and the beginning of a new era for the Hailsham men’s 1s team.
The lads went 1-0 down against a strong Horsham side but who else than the man the myth Lee Humberto Carlos score for a short corner!! The boys were on it all game but could not find the goal with Dan Channing coming closest hitting the inside of post. Horsham then scored their second and then a third, but the third was disallowed as the ball wasn’t take out of the D from a short corner! The boys pushed and pushed but couldn’t find the back of the net and the game finished 2-1!!
Thank you to Horsham for a cracking game! On to next week for the boys as they play st Francis 1s at home.
